| hmm...haven't really put anything up lately...
nothing much going on over here...work is slow...i'm still kinda on
break. hopefully things pick up. It would be nice to work
more.
but for now, I'm playing around with 3d games. I'm almost
finished making bowman3D. I just need to add an interface...maybe
a game menu...dunno...gotta see if I can get it to fit...there is a
limit to the file size in the demo that i'm using. I'm not sure
if I want to buy it anymore. Although it is pretty simple to
program in 3D with it, I might be better off saving the $100 and just
go directx myself. Maybe I can invest in another programming book
instead. I could use one that deals more with 3D.
The only thing is if I do go that route, then I can only use regular
bitmaps and wave files. Maybe I can find some code for a few
loaders. We'll see.

| Something funny I found online...had to put this one up.

Yesterday was our cleaning day. We ended up doing some cleaning
around the house...probably because Celeste went and started cleaning
the living room the day before. Anyways, Curt was over at
Celeste's so Mom and I started cleaning up a little around the dinner
room...managed to clear off most of the stuff at the end of the
table...so new we can actually use it to EAT on...hmm...I think we'd
have to get more chairs before we can do that...oh well. We
recycled the stack of phone books we got, since we ended with MORE
phone books. Also donated some of my old books from UH...since I
either couldn't get money from them, or I didn't want to sell them at
the time.
When Curt came home, we cleaned our room, and I cleared the area in the
computer room and put a little shelf in there. Now I have a place
for all of my programming books. A perfect fit.  We did
a major re-organization in our room...Curt cleaned up all of his crap
all over the floor...we cleaned all of the dolls on the floor, got rid
of old papers and stuff...cleaned all over. In the end, it was
great...since now we have a lot of space and everything feels so clean
now. And now I have a new place for panda-tachi.
Cleaning really is a group activity.
New home for panda-tachi...yup...on the dresser.
Oh, and here's that pic of Mr. Turtle that I was saying I'd put up last entry...

| Rain rain rain!
It's been raining all day today. There's so much rain it started
flooding in the backyard. We had to go and unclog the drain in
the wall because it started flooding really bad. Ended getting
soaked...so I had to take a shower early. The side of the house
was like a little swamp. It was very...um...interesting.
The rain is dying down a little...so that's good. Hopefully the
weather gets better soon.
Kitty was hiding by the door...I think it was worried that the whole
patio was gonna be flooded. Also, Mr. Turtle, somehow got on top
of his box...he probably climbed the cage. I'll probably go and
post that picture later on.
oh well...take care everyone and don't get sick!
